Susan A. Point
Coast Salish
Susan is Coast Salish, born in 1952, and resides in Vancouver, B.C.
Susan's goal is to revive her ancestors artistic traditions of two and three
dimensional design. Susan works in a variety of mediums including precious
metals and bronze, acrylics, wood, stainless steel, glass and bas relief designs
cast in concrete. Susan is well known for her serigraphs, many of which
are inspired by traditionally carved Coast Salish sculptures. Susan is
internationally renowned and her work can be found in public and private
collections throughout the world.
